2. What ConTech Tools Is
ConTech Tools is an independent directory and discovery resource for software, platforms, and services relevant to the construction technology industry. We curate and display listings to help professionals find relevant tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as agents for any listed company unless explicitly stated.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

Product names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. Our original content — including curation, editorial commentary, and Site design — is owned by the operators of contechtools.fyi. You may link to the Site freely, but may not reproduce our original editorial content without permission.
6. Listing Disputes & Takedown Requests
If you believe a listing contains inaccurate information, violates your intellectual property, or should be removed for any reason, please contact us at contechtools@alder.systems. We take these requests seriously and will review and respond promptly. We will remove or correct listings when a valid concern is raised.7. Third-Party Links

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ConTech Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any listing information, or inability to access the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, which in most cases is zero.
